Denise Kelly

Is the daughter of Aunty Ethel Kelly, raised on the Common and the on mission once they were ‘told’ that the housing was no long suitable for them to live in.

Denise remembers her first Holy Communion where she was ushered in from a side door and was not allowed to sit with all of the (non indigenous) kids. She now works at a catholic school.
